Admission Criterion:

• Serious psychiatric disorder or behavioral condition that does not require 24 hour care.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be medically stable and able to provide for basic needs of self care.
• Intellectual range in the moderate to mild range of retardation.

Hours 
Life Skills  operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Transportation
Transportation  to and from the program is provided at no cost to the consumer.
